How do I place an order?
For your convenience, please order online directly or email us about your question regards any product for advice or to place your order. Please include our item’s SKU# and a complete description with all the sizes, colors and specifications necessary to ship you exactly what you want. We will gladly answer your questions on any subject. We normally ship orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping transit time is usually 7-15 business days depending on distance and shipping method.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders usually ship within 3-5 business days, and we will email you a tracking number after ship out.
What should I do with a damaged shipment?
For most shipments, we provide tracking information for you to track the shipment status.
If your order is missing anything or is damaged, please check the contents carefully and then inspect the shipping carton. If the carton is undamaged, please contact us immediately, but in no case beyond 7 days from receipt. If you receive a damaged or torn-open package and the merchandise inside is damaged or missing in any way, please keep all the packaging material. Please take the pictures of package and damaged part, and then email us the pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions of resolution.
How do I return an item?
ABCNock stands behind the products we sell. We recognize that although our products have extremely high consumer satisfaction, there is no one product that works for everyone.
If you purchase wrong item, don't like it or don't need it any more, you can choose to return for refund under the requirements below.

• Item(s) must be unopened and in its original condition;
• Item(s) must be returned in all original packaging and with accessories and paperwork;
• Item(s) must be returned using an insured and traceable shipping method.
